This week we had a pretty cool experience that taught me that God is definitely at the head of his work. We received 50+ contacts from the ward because we did this missionary activity last week where we all went out and gave brochures so the problem that we have is figuring out who will and will not progress. Well, we started calling up contacts to fill in one slot for our Saturday morning in this area that's pretty far away. We kinda just called whichever number stood out to us but each time the person wasn't available or didn't answer. We had learned a little about each contact from the sisters who had contacted them, and they had said that this one guy named Layé wasn't very interested. We decided to call him up anyways and he said we could come! We met up at this school he said he lived by, and we taught him. It was an amazing lesson!  He accepted everything we said and understood faster than anyone I've ever taught. He said he knows that our message has to be truth because after he received the brochure he prayed to God and said that if what we had to say was true, our rendevous would work out, if not, it was false. Looking back, I saw how sometimes when no one answers, it's not because you're doing something wrong, but because God is doing something right and sees beyond what we see!

Besides that, we had splits with the chef de zones this week, had our zone activité AND Update! Remember that week when I said I ate worms? Hehe, wellll, what do you know! I have worms! Weird right? But a call to the mission president's wife and a couple pills later should have it fixed, so it's all good now.

couch + motorcycle= coolest ride on the block

Most insane building I've seen! No joke what you see is what it is. It's 3 stories tall and 2 arm lengths wide! Its 3 apartments only, one on each story that are 10 by 50 ft!

A swamp monster of Africa. This kid catches these things in the marsh behind him in about 8 inch of water! Apparently, they taste good but I can't really tell ya.
